What is the Mobile Mustering Kit?

The Mobile Mustering kit is a self-contained computerized system designed to manage evacuations in real-time. By providing accurate and up-to-date data, it can direct rescue attempts and allow injured persons to receive aid more quickly. The Mobile Mustering kit contains a rugged laptop, PDAs and software to check in occupants and view incident reports.

Quickly Process Evacuees at Mustering Locations

Simply scan an employee’s existing credential using a handheld device.  The data is collected and transmitted to a laptop.  The server tracks all events and provides an emergency dashboard with a complete incident overview.  (If an employee does not have his/her credential, you can type the data in manually)

View Reports to Identify Lost or Missing Persons

The ability to understand who is missing and lost can be the difference between life and death for a trapped person in an emergency situation.  The evacuation kit provides an incident overview report with detailed information on lost and missing persons as well as their last known location.

Integrates with Access Control Systems

The mustering solution is built on an open architecture and is integrated with popular access control and visitor management systems. It provides up-to-the-minute overviews of the facility and badge holders.   The system can be configured to work with the access control system in real-time or to replicate the access control database in near real-time to the portable Mustering server for ultimate fault tolerance and operation independence.

Operates With or Without a Wireless Network

The system can be configured to use several different wireless or wired sync communications for the data collection process.  Decisions regarding the use of wireless are made with the customer on a consultative basis.  Decision factors usually are driven by cost, immediacy of data requirements, existing infrastructure, and security requirements.

Collects Data on Injuries for Triage

Enteprise Air's Mobile Mustering solution provides valuable data on injuries and triage, allowing the incident commander to quickly and easily communicate this information to local medical response agencies.  Armed with this information on injured persons, local emergency medical response teams can guage and handle incidents.
