Enterprise Air announces the release of Mobile Mugshot

NEW YORK, NY - November 13, 2001 - Enterprise Air unveiled its Mobile Mugshot application at Frontline Expo (www.frontlineexpo.com). Enterprise Air presented as a Casio partner in the Casio partner pavilion (www.casio.com).

Mobile Mugshot is a surveillance and law enforcement application that allows officers in the field to receive images of suspects from biometric identification systems and standard DVR-based surveillance systems in order to aid officers in apprehending the right suspect as fast as possible. Mobile Mugshot is built on the Enterprise Air MobileEdge™ platform. Mobile Edge is a wireless device software infrastructure for building and deploying mobile computing applications using XML.

MobileEdge applications are created using the XML language, an HTML-like, easy to understand and learn method of representing business rules and data. MobileEdge handles all of the complexities of wireless applications such as communications, data synchronization, user interfaces, and data storage. Using MobileEdge XML, the application developer does not have to worry about the underlying complexities of building a mobile application and can instead focus on creating the application logic and user interfaces that will create value for the end user.
